Booking and summer camp management system for Quatronum

A CRM with a booking portal that runs a camp from participant registration to payment settlement. The organiser manages all camp sessions and participants in one place, without spreadsheets.

Smart Choice Since 2026 · ongoing support

Patient management system for the Smart Choice dental clinic

A system for the Smart Choice dental clinic that takes a patient from an advertising campaign lead all the way to settling the team’s commissions. Reception, patient coordinators, dentists and management work on a single patient record with a change history, treatment plans broken down into visits and a payment schedule.

What the client gained

  • Campaign leads, treatment plans, payments and commissions in one system instead of spreadsheets
  • Every treatment plan goes through approval, and amounts are calculated by the server from the same price list version
  • Full change history and a record access log for GDPR purposes

Scope of work

  1. Patient record from the first contact: lead statuses, follow-up tasks, files and a history of every change
  2. Lead import from Meta Lead Ads forms (XLSX, CSV) with duplicate skipping
  3. Procedure price lists with material costs, “valid from” versions and approval
  4. Treatment plans split into visit stages with surgery room, dentist, duration, discounts and margin calculation
  5. Patient payment models (upfront, in instalments before visits, with financing), contract and payment register
  6. Commission calculation for dentists, assistants, coordinators and reception based on completed stages, with Excel export
  7. Three-level role permissions (view, edit, approve) and a patient record access log

Audiostacja Since 2025 · ongoing support

B2B platform integrated with SAP Business One for Audiostacja

A portal where stores and businesses working with Audiostacja, a distributor of audio equipment and musical instruments, order goods, download invoices and file complaints. Prices, stock levels and documents come straight from SAP Business One, and an order placed in the portal goes to SAP without retyping.

What the client gained

  • Portal orders are created in SAP without manual entry by the sales team
  • A company’s invoices, orders and service requests in one panel, accessible only to its employees
  • Each complaint is immediately linked to the sales document the equipment came from

  1. B2B store on SAP data: categories, brands, availability and price filters, a separate outlet pool
  2. Customer-specific prices and discounts; selective distribution products visible only to authorised stores

SEO-Writer: a platform for creating and publishing content with AI

A panel where companies use AI to prepare blog articles, product descriptions and Facebook and Instagram posts, in several languages at once. Finished content is published to WordPress or via REST API together with SEO metadata and structured data, according to a publishing schedule.

What the client gained

  • One topic in several languages at once, with a social media teaser published together with the article
  • Text, images, ALT and meta tags go live with one click or from the queue, without copying into a CMS
  • AI cost visible for every article, post and product description

  1. SEO article generator with content types, keywords and language versions

Vendispace B2B sales platform

Our own SaaS product: an invitation-only B2B store that a wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor launches under its own brand and domain, with net prices set individually for each customer. Orders, invoices, payments and shipping are handled from one panel, alongside a built-in CRM with leads and tasks.

What the client gained

  • Wholesale customers order on their own, at their own prices, without calling or emailing a sales rep
  • Invoice, payment and shipping label are created from a single order, without retyping data
  • Start on a free plan with no sales commission; upgrade only when your needs grow

  1. Invitation-only B2B store under the company’s brand, on a subdomain or its own domain

SolisApp: a sales system for photovoltaics and heat pumps

SolisApp is a CRM with quote calculators for companies that sell and install photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps and thermal retrofits. The sales rep enters the building data, and the system sizes the installation, builds quote variants from the component database, calculates subsidies and the payback period, and then prints the quote to PDF.

What the client gained

  • Multiple quote variants for one customer without assembling fixed packages
  • Subsidies, tax relief and payback period calculated by the system, not in a sales rep’s spreadsheet
  • Customer, quotes and project delivery in a single record
